The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic and confident working with pupils in a Primary School setting.
We are looking for a candidate who can build positive relationships, adapt to different classroom environments, and support pupils with a range of learning needs.
The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and committed teacher with recent Key Stage 2 experience and a proven track record of delivering high-quality teaching and learning. They will be passionate about helping every child succeed, have high expectations of attainment and behaviour, and be able to create an engaging, inclusive classroom environment where all pupils feel valued, supported and challenged. They will be an excellent classroom practitioner who can inspire a love of learning, adapt their teaching to meet the needs of all learners and use assessment effectively to drive progress and raise achievement. The successful candidate will be reflective, resilient and committed to continual improvement, demonstrating a willingness to embrace new ideas and contribute positively to school development.
