4myschools are looking to help a school in the Kings Lynn area recruit an outstanding Teacher of Business Studies and PE with the ability to teach up to A Level. We are seeking an exceptional classroom practitioner who demonstrates the drive, passion, and commitment to go above and beyond for pupils, ensuring they achieve their full potential. This exciting role will provide the opportunity to work collaboratively with subject colleagues to develop curriculum approaches, embed effective teaching and learning strategies, and drive high standards across Business Studies and PE. You will play a key role in delivering a knowledge-rich curriculum that supports excellent outcomes for all learners. You will be part of a dedicated team committed to providing a broad, balanced, and inclusive curriculum. The successful candidate will monitor and support pupil progress, contribute to raising attainment and achievement, and inspire and challenge students to reach their very best. This position is suitable for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs). Visits and informal discussions can be arranged prior to application.

The ideal candidate should be proactive  and confident working with pupils in a Secondary School setting.

The successful applicant will be someone who can build positive relationships, adapt to different classroom environments, and support pupils with a range of learning needs.

The ideal candidate will be a passionate and dedicated Teacher of Business Studies and PE with the ability to teach Business Studies up to A Level, who is committed to delivering high-quality, engaging lessons that enable all pupils to reach their full potential. They will be an excellent classroom practitioner with strong subject knowledge, high expectations of student achievement, and a genuine enthusiasm for supporting young people both academically and personally. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and enhance the curriculum, contribute to raising attainment across both subjects, and play an active role in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment. Suitable for both experienced teachers and ECTs, they will demonstrate drive, resilience, and a commitment to continuous improvement and outstanding educational outcomes.
