Are you an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for flexibility while continuing to make a positive impact in local schools? 4myschools is currently recruiting enthusiastic and adaptable Daily Supply HLTAs to work across primary schools in Hopton and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified HLTAs seeking the freedom to choose when and where they work, whilst gaining valuable experience across a variety of educational settings. As a Daily Supply HLTA, you will play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning across the curriculum. Responsibilities will include delivering pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher, leading small group interventions, providing targeted support for pupils with varying learning needs, and assisting with classroom management to ensure a positive and engaging learning environment. You may also support pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), helping them access learning and achieve their full potential. Successful candidates will be confident working independently, able to adapt quickly to different school environments, and committed to maintaining high standards of education and safeguarding. The ideal candidate

The ideal candidate should be proactive  and confident working with pupils in a Primary School setting.

This role would suit someone who can build positive relationships, adapt to different classroom environments, and support pupils with a range of learning needs.

The ideal candidate will hold HLTA status or possess equivalent experience supporting teaching and learning at primary level. Applicants must have a minimum of Grade 4 (C) or above in GCSE Maths and English. Previous experience delivering lessons, covering classes, and supporting pupils across Key Stages 1 and 2 is highly desirable. Experience working with SEND, including children with autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, or social, emotional and mental health needs, would be advantageous. Due to the nature of daily supply work, candidates should be flexible, reliable, available between 8:30am and 3:30pm Monday to Friday during term time, and have access to their own transport or be able to travel independently between schools in Hopton and the surrounding areas. A strong understanding of safeguarding procedures and excellent communication skills are essential.
