This role involves working across a range of primary schools in the Ipswich area, each offering a varied but supportive teaching environment for an Early Career Teacher. About the ideal candidate
The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic and comfortable working with pupils in a Primary School setting.
This role would suit someone who can build positive relationships, adapt to different classroom environments, and support pupils with a range of learning needs.
This position would suit an Early Career Teacher looking to build confidence and experience across a variety of primary classrooms. You should be adaptable, organised, and able to respond positively to different school environments and expectations. A proactive approach to delivering lessons and maintaining engagement will help support pupils’ progress during staff absence. Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn from each placement will be key to success, particularly if transitioning into a longer-term role.

What you’ll need to apply

Right to work in the UK.
Relevant experience or qualifications in education or childcare (desirable).
Dedication to safeguarding children.
Qualified Teacher Status or pending QTS completion is expected for this role.
Confidence in delivering lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 is beneficial.
A flexible approach to travel across schools in Ipswich is required.
