New vacancy! Experienced SEND Support Staff – 100% Flexible Work – Ipswich
At 4myschools, we are proud to be building on the success of the past two years by expanding our SEND Teaching Assistant and Learning Support Assistant workforce across Ipswich. Due to recent developments in trust-wide relationships and our status as an approved supplier on the DfE Government Framework, demand for high-quality, experienced support staff continues to grow. Duties may include supporting pupils with SEND, delivering targeted interventions, adapting learning activities to meet individual needs, promoting positive behaviour, and working closely with class teachers and SENCOs to ensure pupils can access the curriculum confidently. Roles are fully flexible, ranging from day-to-day supply to short- and longer-term bookings, typically working standard school hours (8:30am to 3:30pm), making them ideal for those seeking work that fits around other commitments while still making a meaningful difference.
