We are seeking caring, creative, and flexible EYFS Supply Teachers to support a range of welcoming early‑years settings and primary schools in the Freethorpe area, starting as soon as possible. Candidate profile

The ideal candidate should be committed  and comfortable working with pupils in a Primary School setting.

This role would suit someone who can build positive relationships, adapt to different classroom environments, and support pupils with a range of learning needs.

The best candidate for EYFS supply work in the Freethorpe area is someone who brings warmth, patience, and a genuinely nurturing approach to early learning. They will hold QTS and have strong experience within EYFS, with the confidence to step into Nursery and Reception classrooms and quickly create a calm, engaging, play‑based learning environment. They’re flexible and proactive, able to follow existing plans or deliver their own activities that support early development, phonics, and social‑emotional learning. They manage behaviour gently but consistently, communicate clearly with staff, and build quick rapport with young children who need reassurance and routine. Above all, they’re reliable, professional, and truly enjoy supporting children at the very start of their educational journey, bringing positivity and stability to every setting they visit.
