New vacancy! Headteacher – North Norfolk
We are delighted to be supporting a highly ambitious and rapidly improving 11-16 secondary school in North Norfolk with the appointment of a new Headteacher to commence in January 2027. Located within a picturesque North Norfolk community, this well-respected school sits at the heart of local life and has developed strong and positive relationships with pupils, families and staff. As part of a successful and collaborative Multi-Academy Trust, the school has undergone a period of significant improvement and is now firmly on a trajectory towards becoming one of the highest-performing schools in the county. Following successful stabilisation and a clear focus on school improvement, the senior leadership team has embedded research-informed approaches to teaching, learning and behaviour, creating a culture built upon high expectations, consistency and ambition for every student. This represents a rare and exciting opportunity for either an experienced Headteacher or an ambitious senior leader ready to take the step into Headship. The successful candidate will combine strategic vision with strong moral purpose, leading continued improvements in outcomes whilst ensuring a culture in which both staff and students flourish. The school is also excited to be opening a new ASD Specialist Resource Base (SRB) in January 2027, providing a significant opportunity for the incoming Headteacher to shape and strengthen inclusive provision. As a key leader within the wider Trust, you will play an important role in collaborative school improvement initiatives and will have the opportunity to shape your own senior leadership team, including the appointment of a Deputy Headteacher.
