The ideal candidate will have prior experience working as a Learning Support Assistant, ideally within an SEU, SEN or primary school setting, and will have a strong understanding of supporting pupils with additional needs such as ASD, ADHD, SEMH or communication difficulties. A calm, patient and proactive approach is essential, alongside the ability to build strong, trusting relationships with children and staff alike. You will be available to work part time, 3 days per week, from September on an ongoing basis, and be confident working both independently and as part of a team.
