Candidate profile
The ideal candidate should be motivated and capable working with pupils in a Secondary School setting.
We are looking for a candidate who can build positive relationships, adapt to different classroom environments, and support pupils with a range of learning needs.
The ideal candidate will be confident leading practical PE lessons and managing groups in a dynamic, active environment. You should be adaptable, able to follow existing lesson plans, and comfortable stepping into different classes at short notice. Strong presence and clear communication are important to maintain engagement and behaviour during physical activities. A flexible and professional approach will help you settle quickly and build rapport with pupils and staff.

What you’ll need to apply

Right to work in the UK.
Relevant experience or qualifications in education or childcare (desirable).
Dedication to safeguarding children.
Experience teaching PE within a secondary setting is expected.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is preferred but not essential for strong candidates with relevant experience.
Ability to deliver a range of sports and physical activities safely and confidently.
Willingness to work on a day-to-day basis with the option to commit longer term.
