Immediate opportunity! KS2 Teacher – Stowmarket
This primary school provides a structured and supportive setting for Key Stage 2 pupils, with a particular focus on maintaining consistency across the week for part-time teaching staff. The team works collaboratively to ensure continuity of learning, making it well-suited to a teacher working a two-day timetable. Classrooms are organised and focused, with an emphasis on clear routines and positive behaviour expectations. Staff are encouraged to share planning approaches and resources to support a joined-up experience for pupils. The role fits into the weekly timetable as part of a shared teaching arrangement within an upper KS2 class.

Candidate profile
The ideal candidate should be proactive and confident working with pupils in a Primary School setting.
This role would suit someone who can build positive relationships, adapt to different classroom environments, and support pupils with a range of learning needs.
The successful teacher will be confident delivering lessons to upper KS2 pupils and able to integrate smoothly into an established classroom routine. A flexible and collaborative approach is important, as the role involves working closely with other staff to maintain continuity in pupils’ learning. You should be comfortable adapting planning and responding to the needs of the class across limited working days. Strong classroom presence and clear communication will help you build positive relationships quickly with both pupils and colleagues.

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is required.
