4myschools are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated PE Teacher to join a friendly and supportive school in the Sheringham area on a part-time, permanent basis from September. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate teacher who can inspire students to enjoy physical activity, develop their sporting skills, and lead healthy, active lifestyles through engaging and inclusive PE lessons. The successful candidate will be a strong classroom practitioner with excellent subject knowledge, high expectations of student achievement and behaviour, and a commitment to creating a positive learning environment where all pupils can succeed. Applications are welcomed from both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are eager to contribute to the wider school community and support extracurricular sports and enrichment activities.

About the ideal candidate

The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic  and capable working with pupils in a Secondary School setting.

The successful applicant will be someone who can build positive relationships, adapt to different classroom environments, and support pupils with a range of learning needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering an engaging, inclusive, and high-quality PE curriculum that challenges and supports students of all abilities. They will monitor and assess pupil progress, promote a positive and purposeful learning environment, and inspire students to build their physical skills, confidence, and overall wellbeing. There is also an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to teach GCSE and A-Level Physical Education, helping students achieve excellent academic outcomes alongside their practical development.
