About the ideal candidate

The ideal candidate should be proactive  and confident working with pupils in a Secondary School setting.

This role would suit someone who can build positive relationships, adapt to different classroom environments, and support pupils with a range of learning needs.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Secondary Teacher with UK QTS who is passionate about education, confident in managing classrooms, and able to quickly adapt to different school environments. They will have excellent communication skills, a flexible and proactive approach, and the ability to deliver engaging lessons that support student progress and achievement. Whether an experienced teacher seeking greater work-life balance or an Early Career Teacher looking to broaden their experience, the successful candidate will be reliable, professional, and committed to maintaining high standards of teaching, learning, and safeguarding across a variety of secondary schools in Norwich and the surrounding areas.
