A Brentwood primary school provides a focused and supportive setting where pupils are encouraged to develop independence as they move through Key Stage 2. • Contract type: FULL_TIME – Hours: 08:15-3:15pm

The ideal candidate

The ideal candidate should be motivated  and comfortable working with pupils in a Primary School setting.

The successful applicant will be someone who can build positive relationships, adapt to different classroom environments, and support pupils with a range of learning needs.

This position would suit a Year 5 teacher who is confident managing a class independently and maintaining momentum over a long‑term role. You will bring a structured yet approachable teaching style, supporting pupils with developing resilience, independence and higher‑order thinking skills. The ability to adapt lessons to meet a range of abilities while keeping pupils engaged is important. Teachers who value consistency and enjoy building strong relationships with pupils and colleagues will be well matched to this role.
