About the ideal candidate

The ideal candidate should be committed  and confident working with pupils in a Primary School setting.

We are looking for a candidate who can build positive relationships, adapt to different classroom environments, and support pupils with a range of learning needs.

This role would suit an ECT who is confident teaching KS2 and keen to strengthen their classroom practice across different year groups. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, calm, and able to quickly establish positive relationships with pupils. A practical, organised approach to delivering pre‑planned lessons is essential. Candidates who enjoy variety and value exposure to different school settings will gain the most from this opportunity.
