Immediate opportunity! Primary Early Careers Teacher – Norwich

Are you an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to gain valuable classroom experience and take the next step in your teaching journey? We are currently recruiting Primary ECTs to work in a variety of welcoming and supportive primary schools from September, with opportunities available on a day-to-day, short-term and long-term basis. Supply teaching is one of the best ways for ECTs to build confidence, develop their teaching practice and gain exposure to different school environments. Working across a range of schools allows you to experience different settings, teaching styles and leadership teams, helping you discover the type of school where you can thrive and develop your career. As a Primary ECT, you will have the opportunity to teach across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, delivering engaging lessons, creating positive learning environments and making a real difference to pupils’ educational journeys. You’ll also benefit from ongoing support from dedicated education consultants who understand the challenges and opportunities facing teachers at the start of their careers. One of the biggest advantages of supply work is the opportunity to build a strong professional network. By working in a variety of schools, you’ll develop relationships with teachers, senior leaders and school leaders who can support your career progression. Many ECTs secure longer-term placements and permanent teaching roles through the connections they make while working on supply, making it an excellent pathway into a school that is the right fit for them. We are looking for motivated, flexible and passionate individuals who hold or are working towards Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and are eager to gain experience across a range of primary settings. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping children succeed are essential. In return, we offer competitive rates of pay, flexible working opportunities, access to a wide network of local schools and the chance to gain invaluable experience that will strengthen your CV and accelerate your teaching career. If you’re ready to begin your teaching career with confidence and explore exciting opportunities from September, we’d love to hear from you. Apply today and discover how supply teaching can open the door to long-term success.
