We are working with a highly successful and oversubscribed 11-18 Academy in Norwich that is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Religious Education Teacher to join their thriving team on a full-time maternity cover contract from November onwards. The ideal candidate
The ideal candidate should be proactive and confident working with pupils in a Secondary School setting.
The successful applicant will be someone who can build positive relationships, adapt to different classroom environments, and support pupils with a range of learning needs.
The ideal candidate will be a passionate and committed Religious Education Teacher with strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver engaging, thought-provoking lessons that inspire students to achieve their best. They will be an excellent classroom practitioner with high expectations for behaviour, achievement, and student progress, and will be committed to creating an inclusive learning environment where all students can thrive. The successful applicant will have experience teaching Religious Education across Key Stages 3 and 4, with Key Stage 5 teaching experience desirable but not essential. They will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, a collaborative approach to working with colleagues, and a genuine commitment to supporting the wider life of the school.
