We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Part‑Time English Teacher to join a school near Thetford. This role is ideal for a passionate educator who thrives on inspiring students through literature, language, and creative expression, while enjoying the flexibility of part‑time hours. Whether you are looking to balance teaching with other commitments or gradually return to the classroom, this position offers a rewarding and adaptable opportunity. As a part‑time teacher, you will deliver high‑quality English lessons across KS3 and KS4, following established schemes of work and ensuring continuity of learning. This role would suit someone who can build positive relationships, adapt to different classroom environments, and support pupils with a range of learning needs.
The ideal candidate will be a passionate and knowledgeable English specialist who brings enthusiasm for literature, language, and creative writing into every lesson. They will have strong subject expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage and motivate students across a range of abilities. A calm, confident classroom presence and the ability to build positive relationships quickly are essential, particularly when working part‑time across different groups or year levels.
