Who we are looking for

The ideal candidate should be motivated  and confident working with pupils in a Secondary School setting.

The successful applicant will be someone who can build positive relationships, adapt to different classroom environments, and support pupils with a range of learning needs.

The ideal candidate will be confident, adaptable and capable of managing a classroom effectively, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience working with young people or in an educational setting is desirable, although not essential. They will be able to build positive relationships with students and staff, follow school policies and procedures, and maintain a calm and professional approach in a variety of classroom environments. A genuine interest in education, excellent organisational skills and a flexible attitude towards work are key to success in this role.
