The ideal candidate

The ideal candidate should be committed  and capable working with pupils in a Secondary School setting.

The successful applicant will be someone who can build positive relationships, adapt to different classroom environments, and support pupils with a range of learning needs.

The ideal candidate is a passionate and knowledgeable STEM educator who is committed to inspiring students and bringing their subject to life in the classroom. Whether you specialise in Mathematics, Further Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Combined Science, Computer Science, ICT, Design & Technology, Engineering, Product Design, Food Technology, Construction or Electronics, you will have the confidence and adaptability to thrive in a variety of secondary school environments. You will hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification and have recent experience teaching within UK secondary schools. Strong classroom management skills, excellent communication abilities and a proactive approach to teaching are essential. You should be comfortable stepping into new settings, quickly building positive relationships with students and staff, and maintaining high standards of learning from day one. This opportunity is perfect for experienced teachers seeking greater flexibility, ambitious Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to broaden their experience, or educators returning to the profession who want to reignite their passion for teaching.
