The ideal candidate

The ideal candidate should be committed  and comfortable working with pupils in a Secondary School setting.

We are looking for a candidate who can build positive relationships, adapt to different classroom environments, and support pupils with a range of learning needs.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Secondary Teacher with UK QTS (or equivalent) who is confident delivering engaging lessons within their subject specialism and can quickly adapt to different school environments. They will be professional, reliable and flexible, with strong classroom management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff alike. Whether teaching English, Maths, Science, Humanities, Languages, Arts, PE or another subject area, they will be committed to maintaining high standards of learning and behaviour while inspiring students to achieve their full potential. We welcome applications from experienced teachers seeking greater flexibility and work-life balance, as well as ECTs looking to broaden their experience across a variety of secondary settings. The ideal candidate will enjoy the variety that supply teaching offers and be open to exploring the long-term and permanent opportunities that can arise from successful short-term assignments.
