The ideal candidate will be a dedicated and enthusiastic STEM Teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, who is passionate about inspiring the next generation in science, technology, engineering and mathematics. We are looking for professionals with experience teaching one or more STEM subjects, including Mathematics, Further Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Combined Science, Computer Science, ICT, Design & Technology, Engineering, Product Design, Food Technology, Construction and Electronics. Successful candidates will be adaptable, reliable and confident in delivering engaging lessons across a variety of secondary school settings. They will possess strong classroom management skills, excellent communication abilities and a commitment to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning. The ability to quickly build positive relationships with students, staff and school leaders is essential. This role would suit experienced teachers seeking greater flexibility, Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to broaden their experience, or teachers returning to the profession. The ideal candidate will be open to working in different schools, embracing new challenges and using supply teaching as an opportunity to showcase their skills and expertise. Teachers who are keen to expand their professional network will thrive in this role.
