Who we are looking for

The ideal candidate should be motivated  and capable working with pupils in a Secondary School setting.

We are looking for a candidate who can build positive relationships, adapt to different classroom environments, and support pupils with a range of learning needs.

The ideal candidate will hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or an equivalent teaching qualification and have experience teaching within a UK secondary school environment. You will be a confident and adaptable classroom practitioner who can quickly build positive relationships with students and staff, maintain high expectations, and deliver engaging lessons across your specialist subject. We are looking for professionals who enjoy the variety that supply teaching offers, are flexible in their approach, and are keen to make a positive impact wherever they work. This role would suit experienced teachers seeking a better work-life balance, ECTs looking to broaden their experience, or teachers exploring their next long-term opportunity. A strong understanding of behaviour management, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to work across a range of school settings are essential. Most importantly, you will be passionate about education and keen to use supply teaching as an opportunity to gain experience, build relationships with local schools, and identify the environment that is the right fit for your career.
