About the ideal candidate

The ideal candidate should be proactive  and confident working with pupils in a Secondary School setting.

This role would suit someone who can build positive relationships, adapt to different classroom environments, and support pupils with a range of learning needs.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Secondary Teacher with UK QTS who is passionate about education, confident in delivering engaging lessons, and able to adapt quickly to different school environments. They will possess strong classroom management and communication skills, be committed to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning, and have the flexibility to work across a variety of secondary schools. This role is well suited to both experienced teachers seeking a better work-life balance and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to broaden their experience, build confidence, and make a positive impact on students across King’s Lynn and the surrounding areas.
