The ideal candidate

The ideal candidate should be committed  and confident working with pupils in a Primary and Secondary School setting.

This role would suit someone who can build positive relationships, adapt to different classroom environments, and support pupils with a range of learning needs.

We are looking for compassionate and reliable individuals with experience supporting children or young people with SEND, whether in a school, care, youth work, nursery, residential or therapeutic setting. You will need to have GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or equivalent and value experience supporting pupils with additional needs, including autism and complex learning needs. You should be patient, observant, flexible in your approach and able to follow support plans and behaviour strategies consistently.
