This role would suit someone who can build positive relationships, adapt to different classroom environments, and support pupils with a range of learning needs.

The ideal candidate will be a confident Year 5/6 teacher who can adapt quickly to different classroom settings and establish rapport with pupils from the outset. They will be comfortable delivering pre‑planned lessons and managing learning effectively across upper Key Stage 2. A flexible mindset and steady classroom presence are key to ensuring a positive learning experience on a day‑to‑day basis. Teachers who enjoy the variety of supply work while maintaining high expectations will thrive in this role.
