Role: Primary LSA Witham

Pay: £80-£85 per day
4MySchools is recruiting for LSA’s across KS1 and KS2 to work in a school located in Witham. As a Learning Support Assistant Witham, you will be adapting your teaching support methods to meet the needs of the learners. You will build the children’s self-esteem and instil a love for learning by providing the encouragement and assistance they need to overcome challenges.
It is imperative that you have a strong presence in the classroom as you may work with some challenging pupils. You will need to have strong behavioural management skills enabling the students to flourish.
Additional communication methods like PECs and Makaton maybe required depending on the role.
