- Salary: £125 – £153 per day ????
- Supply opportunities: Daily, short-term (up to 6 weeks), long-term (up to 39 weeks) and temp-to-perm

We are seeking dedicated Primary Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join our team in Stansted and make a positive impact on local schools and pupils. Whether you’re looking for full-time or part-time work, we have opportunities to suit your schedule.
????Finding Your Feet:
As an ECT it is of great benefit to experience different schools in the local area on a supply basis, as schools often like to trial teachers before committing to long term or permanent opportunities. Every school is different, and you will gain valuable experience working in a supply capacity. It is a tried and tested route to secure a permanent position, with many ECT’s starting their teaching journey on supply through 4myschools and having a very successful career in teaching.
As an ECT you have 5 years from qualifying, in which you must complete your induction and mentoring period. So why not use some of that time to trial schools and make sure you find the best school environment for you!?!

〰️Deliver engaging and effective lessons based on provided curriculum or lesson plans.
〰️Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
〰️Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
〰️Provide necessary feedback, assessments, and reports as required.
〰️Adapt to varying classroom dynamics and school settings.
????Requirements:
〰️Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
〰️Passion for education and a genuine interest in contributing to students’ development.
〰️Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
〰️Adaptability and the ability to thrive in diverse teaching environments.
〰️Enhanced DBS check (we can assist in the process if needed).
