We are currently seeking a Teaching Assistant to join a secondary school in Grays, Essex. This position is available immediately and could go permanent for the right candidate.
4MySchools is recruiting for a TA who will be supporting children across Key stages 3-4, working with pupils across the school in various subjects.
As a TA you will assist with classroom activities and general support to create a positive learning environment. Engage in small group work, providing additional guidance and support to students. Collaborate with the class teacher and other staff members to meet the diverse needs of our students. As a TA you will have the opportunity to engage in a variety of tasks, including one to one support, small group work and providing general classroom support. Requirements:
– A passion for working with children and supporting their learning journey.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Relevant experience and qualifications as a TA are desirable.
