MFL Teacher Thetford Norfolk. We are seeking a passionate and experienced French and Spanish MFL Teacher to join one of our client schools in Thetford, Norfolk. As a MFL Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality language education to our students. This position is full time and is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about teaching and have a strong command of both the French and Spanish languages.
????Responsibilities for MFL Teacher:????
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the needs and abilities of students learning French and Spanish across KS3-4.
Deliver high-quality instruction in French and Spanish, ensuring students grasp the fundamentals of both languages.
Provide constructive feedback and support to students to enhance their language learning experience.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters students’ language skills and cultural understanding.
Assess student progress regularly and accurately, and maintain comprehensive records of their language development.
Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the development and improvement of the French and Spanish language curriculum.
????Requirements for MFL Teacher:????
Bachelor’s degree in French, Spanish, Education, or a related field with QTS.
Fluent in both French and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven experience in teaching French and Spanish to students of different ages and proficiency levels.
Familiarity with current teaching methodologies and resources in language education.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with students of diverse backgrounds.
Highly organized, with attention to detail and the ability to manage classroom activities effectively.
