Position: Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
Location: Ilford
Hours: Full-time, this role starts ASAP and is anticipated to go through until the end of the academic year.

As an LSA, you will be working closely with a student with an Education, Health, and Care Plan (EHCP) focused on Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) with Specific Language and Communication Needs (SLCN). This is a fantastic chance to make a real difference in a child’s life and contribute to their growth and development.

Experience with PECS (Picture Exchange Communication System), MAKATON, and Visual Timetables is key as we are looking for candidates who have hands-on experience with these valuable tools. Your expertise will be crucial in providing effective support.
