We work with Primary schools, SEND and Alternative Provisions in Frinton. We match your skill sets and experience to a child with identified needs. These needs are a range of academic, social and emotional support, and developmental. You could be supporting a child with Global Development Delay, ASD, Trauma or SLCN, or others.

What they all have in common is the need for ‘connection’ which will be the foundation of any development. They need you to believe in their strengths and capabilities and champion them when opportunities arise. They need you to be proactive and use your rapport and foresight to anticipate things that might present as a challenge for them, and pre-empt the reactions that this may trigger in order to either avoid, overcome or de-escalate the situation.
