Full-Time EYFS/KS1 Learning Support Assistant (LSA) Tiptree. This is a long term role starting ASAP and is anticipated to go through to the end of the academic year.This role offers a potential permanent contract.

4MySchools is recruiting for a full time Full-Time EYFS/KS1 Learning Support Assistant (LSA) Tiptree. You will be working in a primary school located in Tiptree, Essex. This full-time role offers you the chance to work closely with children and make a significant impact on their early education. You’ll be part of a dedicated team committed to the well-being and growth of students.
This school is committed to providing specialized support to children in Early Years who have autism and non-verbal communication needs. Your role as an LSA is vital to creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment for these students. Ideally, 4MySchools is seeking an LSA with Level 3 qualifications, but most importantly, someone with experience in working with children with autism and non-verbal communication needs.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide one-on-one and small group support to children in Early Years/KS1 who have autism and non-verbal communication needs.
– Implement targeted interventions and strategies to help students overcome challenges and achieve developmental milestones.
– Collaborate closely with teachers and specialists to create an inclusive and tailored learning environment.
– Foster a nurturing atmosphere where children can thrive, express themselves, and learn effectively.
Requirements:
– Level 3 qualifications in Early Years or relevant field (preferred).
– Proven experience working with children who have autism and non-verbal communication needs.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Dedication to creating a positive learning environment and supporting the well-being of children.
– A genuine passion for making a real difference in the lives of these young learners.
