Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
– Experience teaching Key Stage 2 (Year 4 experience preferred)
– Strong knowledge of the UK national curriculum
– Passionate about delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work effectively within a team
Responsibilities:
– Plan and deliver creative and stimulating lessons in line with the national curriculum
– Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development
– Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters mutual respect and supports individual needs
– Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the school’s continuous improvement
– Maintain regular communication with parents and guardians, ensuring they are informed of their child’s progress and any concerns
