Position Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Lower KS2 Teacher to inspire and educate our students. The successful candidate will demonstrate a passion for fostering a positive learning environment, possess excellent classroom management skills, and have a strong commitment to academic excellence and student welfare.
Responsibilities:
– Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum.
– Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and personal growth.
– Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support as needed.
– Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and resources.
– Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders regarding student progress and well-being.
– Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities as required.
Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
– Relevant experience teaching in Lower KS2.
– Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching practices.
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
– Dedication to fostering a positive learning environment and promoting student achievement.
