Locations: Colchester, Clacton on Sea, Ipswich, Haverhill
Contract Type: Daily Supply
Work Schedule: Flexible; choose between full-time or part-time (8:30 to 3:30)
Start Date: Immediate
The Role:
As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will:
– Provide classroom support to teachers across various subjects and year groups.
– Assist with the preparation of learning materials and classroom environments.
– Support individual students and small groups to enhance understanding and facilitate learning.
– Manage classroom behaviours effectively to ensure a constructive learning atmosphere.
– Adapt quickly to different educational settings and needs.
We’re looking for candidates who:
– Hold an NVQ Level 2/3 in Childcare or an equivalent educational qualification (desirable but not essential).
– Have previous experience working with children in an educational setting.
– Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Are adaptable, resilient, and eager to contribute positively in varied school environments.
– Possess a strong passion for education and a commitment to helping students achieve their full potential.
