Full-Time Class Teacher (Maternity Cover)

Job Description:

Class Teacher Basildon Essex – 4myschools are working with a school in Basildon, who are seeking a passionate and dedicated Full-Time Class Teacher to cover a maternity leave From September 2023 to July 2024. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced or newly qualified teacher to join their dynamic and supportive team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of the students and contribute to their educational development.

Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging and stimulating lessons that meet the diverse needs of students

Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that promotes student growth and development

Implement effective classroom management strategies to maintain a positive learning atmosphere

Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and create individualized learning plans

Full class teaching responsibilities, which includes planning, marking and parents evenings

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

Relevant teaching experience, preferably in primary education

Excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum and current teaching methodologies

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to inspire and motivate students to reach their full potential

Effective classroom management skills
