About the Role:
As a Year 3/4 Teacher, you will play a crucial role in fostering the academic and personal growth of our students. You will deliver engaging and inspiring lessons that cater to the individual needs of each child, creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment. Collaborating with colleagues and parents, you will contribute to the holistic development of our students, helping them to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
– Plan and deliver creative and differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum.
– Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
– Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes a love for learning.
– Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure the holistic development of each child.
– Participate in school events and extracurricular activities as required.
Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
– Experience teaching Key Stage 2, particularly Year 3/4, is desirable.
– Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
