Exciting Opportunity for a KS2 Teacher in Hatfield, Hertfordshire – Immediate Start!
Are you a passionate and dedicated Key Stage 2 teacher looking for a new challenge in a dynamic school environment? We are seeking a qualified and inspiring KS2 teacher to join a vibrant primary school in Hatfield, Hertfordshire. This is a full-time position starting ASAP and continuing until July, with the potential for extension.

The Role:
As a KS2 teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons that inspire and motivate our young learners. The role requires an individual who can not only adhere to the curriculum but also bring creativity and a fresh approach to lesson planning.
Responsibilities:
– Plan, prepare and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences.
– Develop schemes of work and lesson plans in line with curriculum objectives.
– Assess and record students’ progress and provide grades and feedback.
– Maintain strong behaviour management in accordance with the school’s procedures and disciplinary systems.
– Establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities.
– Participate in department and school meetings, parent meetings.
Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
– Proven experience as a KS2 teacher.
– Thorough knowledge of teaching best practices and legal educational guidelines partnered with a willingness to follow the school’s policies and procedures.
– Excellent communicability and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to build rapport with children, colleagues, and parents alike.
– Enhanced DBS check.
