Are you an experienced and passionate Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher looking for an exciting opportunity in Ipswich? Our reputable education recruitment agency is currently seeking a dedicated EYFS Teacher to join one of our partner schools starting in September.
About the Role:
As an EYFS Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality education and care for young children aged 3 to 5 years old. You will create a stimulating and nurturing environment where children can learn and develop through play-based activities and structured learning experiences. Working collaboratively with the EYFS team, you will plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the individual needs and interests of each child, fostering their social, emotional, and academic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
– Plan and deliver creative and interactive lessons based on the EYFS framework.
– Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment that encourages children to explore and discover.
– Assess and monitor children’s progress, providing feedback to parents and colleagues as required.
– Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and learning resources.
– Foster positive relationships with parents, carers, and external stakeholders, promoting open communication and partnership working.
Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
– Experience working within an Early Years setting, preferably as an EYFS Teacher.
– Sound knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and statutory requirements.
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
– A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their holistic development.
