Job Description:
As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting teaching and learning within the classroom. Your responsibilities may include:
– Delivering pre-planned lessons under the guidance of the class teacher.
– Providing one-on-one support to students who require additional assistance.
– Assisting in the planning and preparation of classroom activities and resources.
– Supporting the development of students’ social, emotional, and academic skills.
– Maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to growth and progress.
Requirements:
– HLTA qualification or equivalent experience in a similar role.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Adaptability and resilience in varied classroom settings.
– A genuine passion for education and a commitment to fostering student success.
– Valid enhanced child workforce only checked DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
