Are you an experienced Cover Supervisor looking for an opportunity to make a real difference? Join our team and work with KS2-KS4 classes in alternative provisions, supporting students with challenging behaviours. We are an esteemed education recruitment agency, seeking passionate individuals to work on a supply basis in various educational settings in Ipswich.
Position: Cover Supervisor
Location: Ipswich and surrounding areas
Contract Type: Supply Basis
Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise and manage KS2-KS4 classes within alternative provisions.
– Implement pre-set work and ensure a positive learning environment.
– Support students with challenging behaviours to engage in their learning.
– Maintain discipline and manage classroom dynamics effectively.
– Uphold safeguarding procedures at all times.
Requirements:
– Previous experience working as a Cover Supervisor or similar role within educational settings.
– Understanding and experience working with students with challenging behaviours.
– Strong behaviour management skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Flexibility and adaptability to work in different educational environments.
