📚 About the Role:
– Position: SEN Teacher (Supply Basis)
– Location: Ipswich
– Pupils: Secondary Level (KS3-KS4)
– Special Educational Needs: SEMH
🔍 Job Description:
– Develop and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the individual needs of SEMH students.
– Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic and personal growth.
– Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic support to students.
– Implement behaviour management strategies effectively to promote positive outcomes.
💼 Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
– Experience working with SEMH pupils is highly desirable.
– Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
