About the Role:
We are seeking a KS2 Teacher to join a collaborative team committed to providing high-quality education to small groups of students. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating engaging and tailored learning experiences that meet the diverse needs of each pupil.
Key Responsibilities:
– Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the needs of all pupils, with a particular focus on those who benefit from a more tailored approach to learning.
– Utilise creative teaching methodologies to inspire and motivate pupils.
– Assess and record pupils’ progress, ensuring individual needs are met and potential is maximised.
– Work collaboratively with other staff members to promote a well-coordinated educational approach.
– Maintain a safe, respectful, and nurturing classroom environment.
Ideal Candidate:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
– Experience teaching at Key Stage 2 level, with a strong understanding of the national curriculum.
– Proven ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.
– A compassionate approach, with experience or interest in alternative education provision.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
