About the Role:
As a SEN Cover Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in providing essential support to schools catering to students with diverse learning needs. Your responsibilities will include:
– Delivering pre-prepared lessons under the guidance of teaching staff.
– Supporting students with SEN in their educational and personal development.
– Maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment conducive to positive growth.
– Collaborating with teaching staff and SENCOs to ensure individual student needs are met effectively.
Requirements:
– Previous experience working with children with SEN is highly desirable.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to adapt and respond to the varying needs of students.
– Flexibility and willingness to work on a daily supply basis.
– Relevant qualifications or training in education or SEN (desirable but not essential).
