About the Role:
As a KS1 Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing the academic and personal development of young learners. You will create engaging lesson plans, utilise innovative teaching methods, and provide a supportive learning environment where every child can thrive. Collaborating with colleagues and parents, you will contribute to the holistic development of each student, ensuring they reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
– Plan and deliver dynamic lessons in accordance with the KS1 curriculum
– Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning
– Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
– Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and initiatives
– Communicate effectively with parents and stakeholders to support student development
Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
– Experience working with KS1 students preferred
– Strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and assessment methods
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– A passion for education and a commitment to fostering student success
