Role Overview:
As a Year 5 Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing the academic and personal development of your students. From fostering a stimulating learning environment to implementing engaging lesson plans, you will inspire curiosity, critical thinking, and a love for learning among your pupils.
Key Responsibilities:
– Delivering high-quality lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
– Providing targeted support to students to enhance their academic progress.
– Creating a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.
– Collaborating with colleagues and parents to ensure holistic student development.
– Engaging in continuous professional development opportunities to refine teaching practices.
Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
– Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, particularly Year 5, is advantageous.
– Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
– A proactive and reflective approach to teaching, committed to ongoing improvement.
– Eligibility to work in the UK.
