About the Role:
As an EYFS/KS1 Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of young learners. Your responsibilities will include creating engaging lesson plans, fostering a positive learning environment, and implementing innovative teaching strategies to support the academic and holistic development of children aged 3 to 7 years old.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and deliver dynamic lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and Key Stage 1 (KS1).
– Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported in their learning journey.
– Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to promote student progress and well-being.
– Use formative and summative assessment methods to track student achievement and inform instructional practices.
– Implement the school’s curriculum policies and contribute to the wider ethos and goals of the educational institution.
Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
– Proven experience working with children in the Early Years and Key Stage 1 phases.
– Strong knowledge of the EYFS and KS1 curriculum frameworks.
– Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
– A commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
