Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated KS2 Teacher to join our client school’s vibrant community. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality education and fostering an inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and supported.
Key Responsibilities:
– Plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire and challenge students in accordance with the national curriculum.
– Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners and promote inclusive practice.
– Create a supportive and nurturing classroom environment where all students feel empowered to reach their full potential.
– Establish positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
– Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic and personal development.
– Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and school events as required.
Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
– Experience teaching Key Stage 2 students in a primary school setting.
– A strong commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in education.
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
– Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a positive school culture.
– Enhanced DBS clearance or willingness to undergo checks.
