Do you feel confident to supervise pupils carrying out pre-prepared exercises? Do you feel confident to manage a classroom, ensuring that students remain on task?

4myschools are currently recruiting for a number of secondary schools based in Ware, Hertfordshire and surrounding areas. We are looking for Graduates who are keen to work in secondary schools provide general cover in a number of schools throughout the area. You will supervise pupils, delivering pre-prepared lessons when teaching staff are absent. You will manage a classroom, ensuring that students remain on task with their work.
This is on a daily supply basis, working from one day a week, up to 5 days a week depending on your availability. The schools range from small schools through to larger than average schools. We also offer Exam Invigilation work ad hoc, during exam periods.
There are also opportunities available for the right candidate with no/minimal experience working with children to shadow an experienced member of staff in a school. This would be on a voluntary basis to gain experience working in this environment.
