Learning Support Assistant Witham. This is a long term role starting after Easter and is anticipated to go through to the end of the academic year with potential for the contract to be renewed for the following academic year. There is also potential for a permanent contract.

4MySchools is recruiting for an LSA to work in a primary school located in Witham. As an LSA you will be adapting your teaching methods to meet the needs of the learners. You will build the children’s self-esteem and instil a love for learning by providing the encouragement and assistance they need to overcome challenges.
It is imperative that you have a strong presence in the classroom as you may work with some challenging pupils. You will need to have strong behavioural management skills enabling the students to flourish.
